A Decade of Experience and a New Beginning

Since its founding in May 2014, F50 has navigated a decade full of opportunities and challenges. The company has grown alongside several co-founders and core teams, managing a diverse portfolio of investments and incubators. Throughout its journey, F50 has tackled the complexities of cross-border investments between China and the United States and adapted to the post-pandemic landscape.

In mid-2023, F50’s founder, David Cao, identified significant opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial real estate sectors between Mexico and Texas. This led to the decision to launch F50 Nexus, which is strategically positioned to guide manufacturing enterprises in establishing a North American footprint through training and consulting.

Collaborative Efforts and Future Plans

F50 Nexus is spearheading efforts to build a fully localized partner team and capital structure, collaborating with partners in Mexico on a joint venture named F50 Synergy. The partnership comprises 5-6 partners in the United States and Mexico, aiming to create a new local company that operates within the new geopolitical environment and adheres to the regulatory policies and cultural conditions of both countries.

The launch of F50 Nexus marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and the company invites supporters to follow its journey through social media channels:

F50 Nexus is poised to play a pivotal role in the future of manufacturing and logistics in North America, with a vision of growth and innovation that promises to reshape the industry landscape.
