Long 100 Construction Innovation Center to Host Manufacturing Summit and Construction Expo
Cedar Park, TX – July 2, 2025 – Long 100 Capital, in partnership with F50 Nexus and Real International, is proud to announce the upcoming launch of the Long 100 Construction Innovation Center, set to open in October 2025 in Cedar Park, Texas. The Center will serve as the home for the Manufacturing Summit and Construction Expo, a major industry event running October 13–18, 2025.
Located just north of Austin, the Center will feature:
- Interactive showrooms and community event spaces
- Dedicated zones for industry innovation and cross-border partnerships
- Shared offices, venture incubation, and a physical hub for the Long100.us Construction marketplace
This flagship venue is designed to empower the North American construction and manufacturing industries, connecting developers, GCs, architects, investors, and suppliers across borders, particularly expanding access to supply chains from Mexico.
The Manufacturing Summit and Construction Expo is expected to attract 1,500–2,000 in-person attendees and more than 10,000 online visitors, featuring:
- Keynotes and panels by industry leaders
- Hands-on demos and product launches
- 40+ exhibitors and sponsors
- B2B networking across sectors
- Business Showcasing and Pitching
The event is also cohosted with the US PropTech Council, in partnership with INCMty, supported by a group of communities including Texas Real Estate Network, Austin Startup Founder Club, and many more, and presents a unique opportunity to bring the ecosystem players together in the north Austin region.
As the first physical site under the Long100.us construction marketplace platform, the Innovation Center marks a major milestone in Long 100 Capital’s mission to digitally and physically transform the construction industry, which helps sponsors and exhibitors to engage with decision-makers shaping the future of construction.
