That’s why I’m personally excited to announce that we’re opening applications for Volunteer Community Managers — high-impact leadership roles for people who want to shape the AI era from the inside.
This Is Not Just Another Volunteer Role. This Is a Movement.
We’re looking for driven leaders who don’t just organize events — they empower entrepreneurs. As a Community Event Manager, you will be the connective tissue that brings together founders, builders, developers, researchers, and investors who are turning AI hype into real businesses.
You’ll help thousands of entrepreneurs move from “AI curious” to “AI confident” by creating experiences that deliver genuine value, inspiration, and actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
Event Planning & Community Programming
Plan, organize, and host monthly meetups (In person and or online) that unite AI builders, developers, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
Curate compelling event themes, speakers, and formats that reflect the absolute cutting edge of entrepreneurship and AI.
Help shape and support our flagship events, including the Physical AI Summit and the F50 Builders Series.
Community Growth & Engagement
Collaborate with key partners to expand our reach and programming.
Drive meaningful engagement and create a supportive environment where entrepreneurs feel inspired, connected, and equipped to integrate AI into their ventures.
Take leadership of projects and turn ideas into high-energy, well-executed experiences.
What We’re Looking For
A natural community leader who energizes people and creates real belonging wherever they go.
Genuine, deep passion for AI — whether that’s Agent, LLMs, GenAI, robotics, autonomous systems, embodied intelligence, hardware, or practical real-world applications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure and momentum to creative, fast-moving projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English — you know how to tell a story that gets people excited and in the room.
Self-starter energy: you take initiative, operate with ownership, and follow through without needing permission.
Prior experience organizing events, managing communities, or leading volunteer programs.
Nice to Have
Existing network in the Bay Area, Austin, or the global physical AI / deep tech ecosystem.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (a big bonus given our global audience).
